Position Description: Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service issues and providing administrative support for office staff.

  • General client servicing
  • Computer work involving MS Office software and other computer-based systems
  • Maintain client management systems
  • Maintain general email box
  • Create client/office materials for distribution
  • Schedule and occasionally assist with meetings/community events
  • General office maintenance (general cleaning, regulated paperwork disposal, supplies maintenance, etc.)
  • Agency commissions reconciliation
  • Client paperwork: completion, proofing, submission, and confirmation
  • Data collection & report creation
  • General client communications
  • Maintain company website
  • Maintain business social media communications
  • Maintain quality service by monitoring standards; advising supervisor of potential problems
  • Resolves complaints by investigating issues and composing responses with assistance from management
  • Comply with all governmental regulations (HIPAA, PHI, etc.)
  • Keep current with on-going educational and certification requirements
  • Identify, qualify and build rapport with households/accounts
  • Understand household/account requirements, explaining product and service capabilities & overcome objections
  • Prepare, submit and track contracts and other required paperwork
  • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer
  • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed

Starting Salary: $15-$17.55hr
